OK, so I just received my new keyboard (MS Natural Wireless Ergonomic 7000)today in the mail. I followed the instructions; loaded the drivers, installed the batteries, and configured the new keyboard and mouse.My issue is that EVERY 10-20 minutes the keyboard loses the connection with the receiver and has to be reset. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, I put in new batteries, and moved the receiver to every possible USB port on my PC. I have tried everything I can think of to remedy, but this annoying problem still persists!The mouse never loses it's connection, it works flawlessly the entire time!

I am out of ideas. Other than call MS because of a bum keyboard! I am gonna try hooking kb & mouse to my lappy later today to rule out any possible software issues, but this is totally intermittent!KB was still on this morning, when I woke PC from sleep and 10 minutes later. This is very frustrating!Rather than double posting I am UPDATING:I tried the kb/mouse combo on my laptop.

Same result, and this time I tried it without the Intellipoint drivers 1st. KB lost connectivity in 5 minutes, added IP drivers and same result. Called MS technical support and they are sending me a new kb/mouse!
